How do I activate my new Sync™ Powered by Thryv dashboard?

If you haven’t received an email from serviceteam@thryv.com with your new login details, please check your junk mail.

Important note: this email was sent to the original account holder email address.

Once you have received your new login details, you will need to reset your password to gain access to the new Sync™ Powered by Thryv dashboard.

Alternatively, you can login with your primary account email address here or download the Thryv app and reset your password.

How do I access information on my traditional White Pages digital and print products in the White Pages console?

Your traditional White Pages digital and print products will not be impacted by these changes. All digital and print products will be shown on your account as usual. If you have questions, please call our White Pages support team on 1800 810 211.
